As a visitor from the UK, and a frequent patron of the restaurants over there, I was very curious to see how the US menu compared to what I'm used to back home, and I have to say... not bad at all!As my go to favourite (Sunset Burger) was not on the menu, I opted to try the most similar sounding thing - the Thigh & Mighty Sandwich. The classic Lemon & Herb Peri Peri taste was practically identical, but the chicken was a bit on the dry side. Flavour was otherwise good overall. The chips (fries) were great, and a very close approximation to the excellent chips served back home. The garlic bread was actually better than what's served in the UK restaurants, very tasty, crunchy outside and a soft fluffy bready centre! Oh, and they have halloumi!!! Thank goodness they have halloumi, I was VERY happy to see this!Decor of the restaurant had that classic Nando's feel, although there were curious issues on the day of my visit including there being no forks and no table salt available.Whilst I do think the UK does it a little better, Nando's USA has made a valiant effort to replicate a classic on this side of the pond, and it certainly scratched the itch, so to speak!

The service queue is confusing. The QR code to menu was not highly usable, so we went up to order. The food came out hot, fresh and was excellent. Highly recommend if you like chicken and trying different sauces.

The wings they gave me were tiny, hard and burnt. When I said something they got mad. Management was no help and very dismissive and rude. Don't go to this location unless you like hard and burnt chicken served by rude people.

Had a fantastic experience at Nando's trying the Peri Mac power bowl. Despite the busy crowd, the server was exceptional – friendly and attentive. The bowl itself was a delightful surprise with red peppers and avocado adding a unique twist. Even though I'm not a fan of corn, the grilled corn in this dish won me over. The portion size was satisfying, leaving me full and happy.Highly recommend, especially with a drizzle of garlic sauce – it takes it to another level!

This place has the best chicken around! I have looked through the reviews and cannot understand everyone's issues with the management/service. The managers are friendly and especially helpful if asked, it seems everyone expects this place to be fast food, but it's not! It's a restaurant with take out. The food is simply delicious, and the employees are friendly and kind, I had the manager, Kevin help me with an especially large order out to my car, and I didn't even have to ask! Such a great location with greater people!

When I worked in RIO Gaithersburg, I use to visit here often. Tonight I decided we would have it delivered via DoorDash.The food was easy to order and came shortly after. Tonight's selection was 2 orders of 1/2 Chicken (one Plain and one medium sauce), PERi Ranch Crunch Chicken with Mango & Lime-spiced Chicken, 2 side orders of Medium-spiced Chicken Breast and an order of Toasted Pita. We also had two orders of the Nando's Chips (fries)!The order was packed extrememly well. Everything was marked with stickers identifying what flavor of spice was used, and it was hot and fresh. As expected, the food was delicious and I am looking forward to ordering again, or come in and visit the restaurant.So when you are looking for some Peri-Peri Chicken, or any other one of their various items, please check it out and enjoy!

Improvements are crucial to ensure both food availability and efficient customer service. This marks the third time I've experienced missing items, particularly from the menu. Overall, they needs to address these issues for a more positive dining experience.
