Been a regular customer of Panera for over a decade. They’ve left sandwiches out of takeout orders two out of the last three times. Go somewhere else.
i will never recommend this at all !I don't normally do this complain at the restaurant but today i had a bad experience at this store. I got the napa chicken sandwich to go. I had my first bite and then upon my 2nd bite trying to fix my sandwich i saw a dead cockroach in my sandwich i was so mad . Called them and report the complain abd the lady i talked said that what i want for them or if i like another sandwich and i said of course i don't want anything from them even new...read full review

Customers really enjoy the soups and sandwiches here, including the French onion soup, and appreciate the vegetarian and vegan options, which are affordable and reliable.
