My experience at Panera was very pleasant. I was surprised because it's a fast-food place, but for the season they have the Harvest Medley Salad and the Autumn Squash Soup, which are super delicious. The salad is new on the menu and very complete with nuts, fruit, arugula, and cheese. I love the combination of sweet and savory, and if you like that combination, this salad has it—very complete and delicious. The soup is also very tasty, taking advantage of the autumn season. The place is very nice, clean, with a very nice atmosphere, moderate noise, and good service! This place is a good option; I recommend it!

Food is ok, typical Panera. But what makes me sad is how dirty the dining room and especially dirty the outdoor sitting area is. It would not take much effort or cost to power-wash the outdoor sitting area, replace dated outdoor furniture or to clean restrooms doors or to wipe windows and entry doors. It is frustrating to see so poorly managed place in this beautiful community. 1 for service because I consider hygiene part of the service. With that said, staff is nice and polite.

I stopped going to the Fallsgrove location because I saw mice there (asst. manager said they were working on the problem) a few months ago.
Now the Kentlands' location has made me decide that none of their stores can be trusted to maintain proper hygiene. My wife killed two roaches there this morning.
I won't go to any Panera from now on.

I get the same thing every time I go to Panera the chipotle chicken avocado melt and the Fuji Apple chicken salad today was phenomenal! I will always try to go to this Panera now. Perfect amount of chipotle sauce perfect amount of salad dressing pecans feta cheese. In a word YUMMY!!!

Is a very good Panera location. It's the large interior is very clean. Plenty of places to sit. The food comes out on time. The staff is very friendly.
I'm not a huge fan of their cookies or really any of their pastries. Mostly go for the sandwiches which are all very tasty.
