Ordered a toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich. Even tho it was after 6:30 on Sunday, it was still made fresh. Nicely toasted, steak well cooked and customized the way I asked. Thank you!

A few weeks ago I ordered a Frontega Chicken pannini with no chicken. What I got was two slices of bread with nothing but chicken! Today I ordered a pick two of salad and mac and cheese. The salad was ok but the mac and cheese was cold and the container half empty. The quality of the food is going down at this location. The food is not cheap so I expect at least an accurate order. I paid almost $6 for a half empty cup of cold mac and cheese.

12/1I wanted to give Shaun an amazing shout out, I had placed an order at another location and I got home to find out they gave me fish. I’m allergic, mistakes happen however without hesitation, he made a fresh sandwich for me. I truly appreciate every employee I come in contact with at this location.Muz also helped me, so I am very appreciative of him as well! This is definitely the best location in our area! Every staff member deserves to be highlighted for their outstanding service.Dietary restrictions: Seafood and fish allergiesParking: Shopping center

Panera is Panera so the food is standard Panera fare. I came in on a Friday and found the restaurant jammed packed with patrons. The wait time varied from person to person. The tap to pay feature wasn't working and the wait varied from person to person. There were several customers who received their orders before me ( and ordered after I did). My order was a tomato soup with grilled cheese. I will give the staff the credit due them. They seem short staffed and even in the midst of that they remained pleasant and answered questions with patience.

Made an online order on the mobile app. It located on a corner inside the Kentlands Market Square, so it was easy accessible from parking spaces on two sides of the building. My order was waiting on the Rapid Pickup shelves after the time of promise. The pecan braid was good as usual. The hot tea met expectations.

First time here...ordered only a lobster roll to go. Instead I got a lobster Mac and Cheese with kettle chips. If you can't keep track of the orders you have, opening a second line is obviously a horrible ideas.Be better...

I expected the bread to be better given that it's their specialty dishes.

This is the reason I stopped getting food from restaurants. The quality has plummeted. What I can throw together from the grocery store is so much better, and, well I already have to go to the grocery store anyway. So, taking the hassle of trekking to a restaurant is so not worth it anymore. I used to eat out every day, for decades. Even during the pandemic. Then I started going to the grocery store, and discovered that what I could get there wasn't too bad. Today told me I have made the right decision. I'm not missing out on anything good. Yes, I get it that your supplies cost a lot of money, and that you are groveling to have customers directly pay your employees through tips. But, you are selling a product. If you can't make it good, stop. Just stop. Close up shop. The 3 stars are for kindness.

Wow. Usually my favorite place and I visit often, but today I was treated so rudely by the manager (I think he was the manager). At 1032 I tried to order several breakfast sandwiches and was told that they stopped serving breakfast at 1030. I said that they lost a large order and the manager just said too bad.Instead I got 3 BREAKFAST croissants.... Hum why are they still serving those?I will still visit Panera but not this one!

Dine in for dinner. The soup is good. The chicken and avocado sandwich tastes good but the steak with cheddar sandwich does not tasty and has mustard inside.

I am not a frequent panera bread customer but recently went to another location and it was pleasant. I planned to meet a friend here but when we arrived it was pure chaos and very messy. The tables and floors didn't look like they had been cleaned nor the bathrooms. We did arrive at 1230pm on a Saturday which was noted as their busiest time . My recommendation...avoid this scenario whenever possible.... and perhaps this location ? ? when you can
