Ordered from Ubereats. Very clear ordering instructions & they messed everything up. Pretty nuts since it was so clear. So disappointed. Everything was covered in oil & obviously not on the list of ingredients or my modifications. And where was the chicken? They definitely phone it in. Thankfully Ubereats refunded but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The hassle of getting your money back for Potbelly’s laziness is insane. Don’t do it.

Ordered ahead an order for delivery yesterday that was never delivered. Called the store and was hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes. Still have not been refunded. Wish I could give zero stars.

I usually love the sandwiches here but today it is gross!!! I ordered online the chicken salad sandwich and I had to pick out the lettuce just to see the teaspoon of chicken salad. I asked for a skinny sandwich and the bread was so thick I threw away the top piece. The quality has gone down tremendously. I removed the app from my phone last year and now I remember why. Oh, and no one greeted me when I walked in.

Prior to today, my family & I were loyal patrons & regular customers at the RIO Potbelly Sandwich (at least once a week of dining in or delivery) and today was no different. Today's delivery order arrived missing an item (cheese curls) (btw, items have been missing in past delivery orders however when I contacted the store, I spoke with a very sensible manger (no, certainly not John) who at the time didn't rudely try to overtalk me, instead he listened, as a true professional would, and took responsibility of the fact that they had made a mistake. He also did not try to offer up excuses & blame me, the customer, for the manner in which I may have placed the order on the website being the reason why my sandwich was also prepared incorrectly (perhaps John thinks it's my family's fault that they omitted the cheese curls from our delivery order as well - which weSTILL don't have & have paid for? Very disappointing experience today to say the least that could've easily been resolved by management having better communication skills, customer service & professionalism ? RIO is a high-vis area and with all the competition that's out here, it's my hope that this establishment "figures it out" & start valuing their loyal customers before their reputation & ratings begin to suffer. For now, my family and I will not be returning to this location.

What is the point of ordering ahead to get there and they haven’t even started your order yet, and then, customers who come in after you who didn’t pre-order, get their orders made right away and leave before you!Next time how about getting to the pre-ordered customers before the walk-ins, huh.

I ordered my salad, soup and strawberry milkshake on Potbelly's website at 7:47 pm tonight. The meal arrived at 8:55 pm after I received numerous notices that it would arrive at 8:20. .Although I did receive my salad and soup, I did NOT receive my strawberry milkshake. The website says to call the store directly for problems with your order, so I did. The store manager yelled at me, told me he was too busy to deal with me and then hung up on me. He hung up at my request to be emailed confirmation that I would receive a refund. Instead of being apologetic and accommodating, he yelled at me about how busy he was. .This is NOT how you treat a customer who spent her money at your establishment and did not get the item she paid for. This is not how you treat customers!! Horrible experience!!
