“Great Customer service had a small issue as they ran out of non salted pretzels. The young lady made fresh ones. This is what customer service is about the whole staff was very kind and professional handled. Would recommend this store. Don't let everyone's own opinions steer you away.“

“First off, the pretzels are top notch — and I’ve eaten a lot of pretzels. Second, the manager/owner is excellent. We’ve ordered from here for a few parties and most recently, the shop ran out of items in advance of filling our order, but they quickly arranged for a delivery in time for the party so we didn’t have to drive back. Super appreciated and awesome customer service!“
