Went to the Gaithersburg location with my family. We ordered the Ceviche. It was very though and Disgusting to eat. I complained to the manager and trashed it in front of him. Wouldn’t give me a refund stating that we had eaten some of it. Very poor food associated with very poor costumer service. They have lost a costumer and I can assure you that I would not be going there again. I would like for the owner to call me so I can express how I feel.
My husband bought 4 orders of fried plantains, the four orders were only plantains tips and the tips are so hard.
