They make you give them ur number but when i got the text that the food was ready it was not. Why do i have to give my phone number when they just bring you the food anyway? This is just another data harvesting scam

My husband and I ordered from here tonight having heard so many great things about Shake Shack, we were excited to give it a try!

Food was ready quickly and we headed home to enjoy. Once we had gotten home and properly inspected our food we found my grilled cheese was burnt to a crisp. Not crispy but burnt black. Im a tiny woman, I didn't order multiple items as a sandwich, drink and fries is more than enough for me. But to find my food burnt beyond edible was really disappointing.

Food is great and service is speedy. Sometimes they are super busy but overall the wait time is good. I like to order ahead so I can pick it up and eat outside sometimes. The atmosphere is inviting and clean.

Quick delicious food while expensive as heck it's worth it. Potato buns rock. Also their Vienna glizzys are really delicious

Solid burger, the double patty is the way to go. Just add for ketchup on it, cause the shake sauce is basically straight mayo.

The chicken sandwich, not worth it at all. Patty is super thin, and it could be more juicy.

I have to make it clear that the review is NOT for this specific location. It's for Shake Shack the company. I've purchased SS's gift cards for Father's day and got 4 $5 each bonus cards. The Terms and Conditions from the bonus card was 'THE CARD DOES NOT EXPIRE. But that was not the case when I tried to use it after a month later. It will be my own mistake if SS clearly has 'THE BONUS CARD EXPIRES AFTER 30 DAYS' in it's Terms and Conditions. Shake Shack is the one causing the confusion, therefore, Shake Shack should take the responsibility to honor its own terms and conditions. I emailed SS, but after a few emails back and forth, there's no more response from SS. I felt I need to let everyone know that this is how they do business, and I believed I am not alone here.

The food was delicious but Brian and Marian truly made our experience wonderful! So friendly, great customer service and very accommodating. Because of them, we’ll do Shake Shack again! We were first timers!

Stopped by Shake Shack and had a great experience! We tried the strawberry shake and the root beer float, and both were delicious. The strawberry shake was creamy with a nice fresh flavor, and the root beer float had that perfect balance of bubbly and sweet. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, making it a smooth and easy visit. Definitely a solid spot when you’re craving a classic treat!

Automatic tip applied for fast food? Literally no service. Ordered from kiosk and had to grab my own drink, napkins etc and throw away trash.
Food was underwhelming and overpriced.
And a bird flew into the giant glass windows and died. Doubt they will do anything to avoid bird collisions.
