Great atmosphere, great food, great service.
The food was good, the automated ordering was painless for seniors, and we didn't have to wait long for our meals on a Saturday night.
Quick service and burgers cooked perfectly
Gabriel is very attentive to your needs and often anticipates what you need without being asked.
Quick service and tasty veggie burger. I don't like that it is self-service, meaning there are only computers to place your order.
Napkins and ketchup dispensers were empty, but over all good experience

The staff was super friendly and attentive especially Marian, she was so positive and sweet and asked if we needed anything. It really made my day. I will definitely come back to this location for sure.

The Limited edition truffle burger was tasty. Not a true fan of crinkle cut fries though. Large, clean place and they bring the order to your seat. Outside seating is available too.
I think it is the best burger in the area, you can tell it is quality ingredients after the first bite
This particular location has serious quality control/consistency issues. I've had burgers come out well done, and some that were raw (no, not medium, but nearly raw). Sometimes the bacon is cooked adequately, and other times it's barely cooked at all.
Online orders never come with ketchup, even when the box is checked to include those sorts of items.
These issues do not seem to exist at the Cabin John location, so they get the bulk of our business now.
Vanilla milkshake was great but the shake shack double burger was not cooked through, lacked flavor. Not much to say
Had the veggy burger. Delicious, had a bit of a mushroomy taste, but a good vegetarian burger.great and friendly staff.
