The food is good, just expensive. Everything comes out to maybe $7 an item (from fries, burgers, to drinks) I went when it was probably new so the place was packed. If i was in a good mood, I would go there again. (i would also need to win the lottery too, though)

I ordered the spicy Korean bbq cheese fries, Oreo milkshake, and the coffee & donuts milkshake. The cheese fries were SO good. I loved the kimchi seasoning and the cheese was perfectly distributed. I didn't like the sauce. It tasted like mayonnaise mixed with soy sauce. The Oreo milkshake was, of course, delicious. The coffee and donuts milkshake was disappointing. It tasted like vanilla custard with a small shot of coffee flavoring. My fiance said it tasted like butterscotch. We did get the donut crumbles, which were nice. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was excited when I found out we were getting a Shake Shack but now I'm a bit underwhelmed. The food is overpriced and not that great. It's just like any other burger place, there's nothing that really makes it stand out from the others. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean, but this was an ordinary experience and I wouldn't come back because I can have similar food for a much lower price.

I rarely frequent the Shake Shack unless I come across a deal to reduce the overpriced food. Luckily, Uber Eats had a BOGO for the new Korean BBQ Burger and Fried Chicken Sandwich Series.The hamburgers themselves were neatly and meticulously built with great balance of spice, umami, and savory sweet. The burger patty itself was rather thin for the $10+ price tag, but the sauce and fried onions helped offset this.I used to get milkshakes here as they are delicious, but I cannot justify the nearly $9 price tag. I cannot recommend their cookie cutter pre-frozen crinkle cut fries. They are overpriced and subpar. Stick with the great burgers!
