Slow service. 20 minutes for two coffees. They make you wait behind everyone in the drive thru, even if they arrived 15 minutes after you. Oat milk is clumpy.

Out of the 5 or 6 Starbucks near me this location is consistently more favorable. The staff are 1 notch more mature in their service and sensitivity to the needs of the customers who either study or work remotely from this location. ALL of the team Leads at this location are masters of their craft and customer service.
On this particular evening, the "Service Master" was Ryan who I observed him do something I have not seen done before at Starbucks. He perfectly aligned each Chair-to-Table. Each table was symmetrically aligned in 1 row with a chair symmetrically aligned in 1 row. This resulted in the coffee shop looking a lot more organized. Thanks Starbucks crew at the Spectrum Ave location.

Hi so I know I shouldn’t take this personally. But I hate when people make me feel stupid about things. I went through the Drive Thru and ordered Egg Bites; I asked if they have cheese sticks. The lady at the drive thru seemed confused but rudely responded “cheese sticks!?!?” I said yeah cheese sticks and she responded saying they don't sell those here. I don’t like feeling stupid when I’m asking a simple question. Especially because I used to work at a Starbucks Corporate and we sold cheese sticks. Then on top of that after getting my order and drove away she forgot to give me utensils for my food. Also this is a screenshot of a photo from this exact shop and place. Showing cheese sticks. Anyway so thats why I feel the need to review because, it’s one thing to not have something and maybe she doesn’t know. It’s also another thing that maybe starbucks doesn’t sell that item at all. But to make someone feel dumb for asking a question is wrong.

Not thier best day. I ordered a latte and forgot to get my wife water. I got the latte and realized I wanted water. I returned willing to pay but the batista said no and just wait for it. 3 minutes later while everyone behind the counter finished their orders everyone started getting together to chat while I stood there waiting and watching.
I finally found a bottle of water and waited for someone to ring me up. After spending 5 minutes and $4 I got water.
No more lattes in Gaithersburg.

They seem to have filled the bottom of my Frappuccino with a ton of whipped cream. Not a fan of half my drink being whipped cream.

Clean and fast service. It's great to dine in or on the go. Several options for breakfast and seating inside or out.
I am on vacation and was pleased with the service. Love the location, close to outside dining and seating.

Drive thru. Coffee was completely cold and breakfast sandwich was cold too. Would have returned but didn't want to wait in line another 15 min. Won't go back

Service: maybe it was a newer partner but we ordered a cinnamon cream nitro cold brew but they mistaken made a regular cinnamon caramel cold brew and charged for an extra shot (similar but wrong). I mentioned that it’s wrong and they immediate apologized and would make me the right one and I can keep the wrong one which is already great. But I’ve been going to Starbucks for 10+ years and for the first time, when they gave me the right drink, they also gave me $8 in service recovery coupon card (I was confused cause they already gave me the right drink) but 10/10 service.

Starbucks is a unique place to visit because you have lots of options on the menu. The free Wi-Fi internet coupled with the warm atmosphere makes this place a gathering spot for the coffee fanatic as well as the casual visitor. The customer service is outstanding and the location is very clean and sanitary.
Parking: Free parking lot sometimes it gets busy especially on weekends when everyone is visiting the nearby restaurants.

4/17 in the late afternoon I walked in and needed to change my daughter before ordering, the bathroom was not cleaned at all. There was toilet paper all over the ground and pee stains on top of the toilet seat. When I stepped out to find a seat there was trash left over on the floor and coffee tables nearby and it took longer than expected to find a clean table to sit at without stains, crumbs, or actual coffee cups leftover from previous customers. My partner tried to order me a decaf coffee but the cashier said they were all out and made no suggestions of what else was similar. Then I tried to order a tea and asked which teas were available, the cashier quickly named over 5 different ones and there was no chart available to look at. I mentioned that I wanted to order a decaf tea and the cashier suggested “earl grey” I agreed and went ahead to order that and asked for almond milk to be added, I was charged extra for this and after paying he turned away and did not give me my receipt. While sitting down to wait he yelled out to me that the “earl grey” is not decaf and that he is going to give me mint tea instead. The cashier did not ask me if that was alright and began preparing it anyway and didn’t give me the chance to order a different decaf tea. When I received this new order I noticed that the mint tea did not have the almond milk that I was charged extra for and because I didn’t have a receipt I couldn’t get my money back. This whole experience was awful and even sitting inside the Starbucks there was no music playing which I found strange because every Starbucks I have been too plays music. The sounds that took over were from the employees behind the counter, and even sitting at a good distance I could hear them laughing loudly and gossiping the entire half hour I was there. I do NOT recommend this Starbucks location for customers that are looking for a clean, welcoming, and pleasant coffee experience.

Fairly new location with comfortable seating, quick service and high ceilings. Service is quick indoors and at the drive thru. Location is clean and well lit
