Out of the 5 or 6 Starbucks near me this location is consistently more favorable. The staff are 1 notch more mature in their service and sensitivity to the needs of the customers who either study or work remotely from this location. ALL of the team Leads at this location are masters of their craft and customer service.

Hi so I know I shouldn’t take this personally. But I hate when people make me feel stupid about things. I went through the Drive Thru and ordered Egg Bites; I asked if they have cheese sticks. The lady at the drive thru seemed confused but rudely responded “cheese sticks!?!?” I said yeah cheese sticks and she responded saying they don't sell those here. Not thier best day. I ordered a latte and forgot to get my wife water. I got the latte and realized I wanted water. I returned willing to pay but the batista said no and just wait for it. 3 minutes later while everyone behind the counter finished their orders everyone started getting together to chat while I stood there waiting and watching.
I finally found a bottle of water and waited for someone to ring me up. After spending 5 minutes and $4 I got water.
