Had an AMAZING beef brisket sandwich from Smoke-master Richard today! Along with the mac-n-cheese, slaw and sliced dill pickles; it totally hit the spot! Vittles in the Pines is a mobile caterer I suppose. He’s been setting up camp the last few summers - on weekends over at Pleasant Valley Produce. Where to start. The pork is perfect! The chicken was moist, it was a great compliment to the pork. The corn bread, get extra; same as mac and cheese. The beef brisket is my absolute favorite. I sure wish you had beef long ribs!!
