Wendy's in Gaithersburg

“It's Wendy's people, but this particular Wendy's serves fresher food than others in the area. The service is generally better too. Low "atmosphere" rating as they seem to let "thugs" hangout in the establishment. Has turned me away from going inside to eat.“

“Every time we go, the parking lot is always empty, and there never seems to be a wait in the drive-thru. If there is another ahead of us, it’s only been 1-2 cars.
Even when there are no cars behind us, getting the order always takes forever, They always ask us to park next to the drive-thru in the bank parking lot instead of pulling around to the other side to their parking lot, which makes absolutely no sense, especially when there’s nobody behind us.
There have been several times I have ordered a single bowl of chili and come to discover after they have repeated the order back to me the same way I give it to them, and then say pull around without giving me the total. Then they always upcharge me for 2-4 bowls of chili and putting those extra bowls under the rest of the food order so it’s not discovered until either my husband gets home with the order that he stops to place and get on his way home, or when I go to get it and can’t really double check it due to young kids in the back usually having tantrums or fighting and complaining by the time we get to the pickup window.
Every time we order drinks, we say “lite ice”. When we get our drinks, they are always 3/4 filed of ice, regardless of what size cup it is.“

“Food is absolutely great, as usual I'm always impressed with their $5 biggie baggy it's a great deal. And their fries is really good always hot and fresh.
For so many Wendy's we've been to. This one need a little bit of clean. But the rest is good.
Friendly people and also in the cashier, we didn't wait too long.
