This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Over the years I have come here several times and each time my order is either wrong or the food is terrible. Honestly surprised there are any positive reviews for this place.

Not sure who the young woman is who does the drive through window, but she was working tonight at 1030PM. I am writing specifically to complain about her as this is the third order she has gotten incorrectly for me. I don't want her fired, but she should definitely be removed from working the window since she does not care to actually get orders correct.

I've been going to this location for years. It was recently renovated and reopened. Ever since then the service has been terrible. They haven't got an order correct since they reopened. Today, I had to explain to them that a ghost pepper chicken sandwich is different from an Asiago chicken sandwich. When I got the sandwich, they used Asiago sauce instead of the ghost pepper ranch sauce. You would think they would know their own menu. That's the last time I'm going to that location.

The store look newly renovated, and everything looked very clean, when I walked in, no one was behind the counter, I called out several times no answer from anybody. Finally an employee stepped out of the restroom as I was about to walk out and took my order, the meat Patty on the burger was not fresh, taste it dry and stale probably been sitting around for hours if not longer. Definitely a far cry from years past, these days you just paid more for lousy service and bad food.
Went twice. Both times they gave me no sauce or napkins. Burgers were dry and fries old. Amongst the worst wendys ive ever experiences.

Had been five years since I was here. Refresh is an improvement, for sure. JBC and spicy chicken were consistent with other Wendy's. Along with fries (a bit over salted), everything was fresh. Cashier must had trouble figuring coin change b/c she forgot to enter it as cash.Only a few truant high schoolers there (see the same kids skipping often) at 2pm on weekday. They'll be here soon, tho.
Vegetarian options: Apple pecan salad *might* be the only vegetarian option.
Kid-friendliness: Sure. It's kid-friendly. Kids menu and kids meals available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Many tables have pull-out chairs only. Several are half-booth/half pull-out chairs. These tables appear to be high enough for a wheelchair.The Freestyle soda machine does not seem to have wheelchair-accessible buttons.

Order a meal that included chicken nuggets and a burger and fries. Went through the drive thru and when I went to get my chicken nuggets out of the bag, the chicken nuggets were missing. Normally I go to the Wendy's in Rockville and never had a problem. Came here for the first time and they screw up my order. Tried to call them and no one answers the phone.

There is a manager named Gricelda, very rude and unfriendly. She doesn’t like educated people and she give them hard time.She sometimes Prefers bullying. She hires people ,she needs or ni need,doesnt guarantee hour. Anita is another negative character. She slaps her co worker. Also their place is naWendys doesn’t care about the reviews. They are worst.
