“Great service here. Wait time is long because they are understaffed. Some of these reviews are strange. Why would someone wait in line for over 10 minutes in any drive thru then complain? Better off going somewhere else instead if waiting a long time just to complain. As a regular customer I will say that the staff is great and work with what they have. The doors are closed sometimes because there are sometimes only 1 or 2 employees there. Thank you ladies for coming to work understaffed and through this pandemic and still providing your customers with service! You are appreciated“
“I stopped going to Dunkin during my pregnancy last year because I was served undercooked bacon consistently every time I ordered my avocado toast. I also kept getting bland and disgusting coffee. For the last week I’ve frequented this Dunkin 4 times and let me tell you…I don’t know what happened but they were CONSISTENT! My avocado toast with bacon was PERFECT EACH TIME! My coffee was fresh and delicious!!! Good job DD!!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!“
