“This was my first visit to Raising Cane's. I was unexpectedly surprised. I have been to other chicken finger restaurants that were a complete let down. I walked into Cane's expecting to be disappointed, but everything was seasoned and cooked well. The sauce was fairly mid, but the chicken and fries would've been fine without. I will for sure come back.“

“I am a huge fan of Otani, but I was looking for something a bit more affordable in the area. I would say the sushi here is equally as good in comparison!
The Bento boxes may be a matter of taste. I didn’t care for the beef or fried rice I ordered, but my husband liked both, in addition to the salmon and noodles he ordered. We will definitely be back for sushi in the future.“

I usually order through app. I generally do one mod on my stuff, usually sub beef for beans. 1 out of 20 order is a lil wonky. Still haven't been disappointed by the food here yet. “I've eaten at Jersey Mike's almost every week for the past two months and it's not just because their sandwiches are good, but their service is always excellent and very friendly!
Fast food service from other places have been extremely poor or even hostile. Everyone is out of everything, their soda machine doesn't work, they won't customize your order, they have no customer service skills which makes the exchange confusing or makes me feel embarrassed for even asking things. I know minimum wage is tragically low and I don't expect folks to go above an beyond, but the bare minimum would be nice. I never say anything because they already seem so angry, so I don't want to antagonize them. I just sadly accept my incorrect order and move along. Often if I do say something, they act confused or straight up refuse to fix anything.
Jersey Mike's is the exact opposite and this one specifically always has plenty of people working, they're all smiling and happy to greet you, and they can hold a regular back and forth conversation. There's nothing awkward or confusing about the ordering process and everything goes so quick and smoothly. If there's a mistake, they're happy to fix it. I love this place and have come back numerous times for the customer service alone.“
