Table seemed like they were wiped with the same dirty rag that was wiping tables all day, leaving cup stains, and little hairs asked to move my seat twice. Sad part is when it first open it was amazing.

Our breakfast this morning was great. My grandson had banana pancakes which he loved. I had two eggs over easy -perfectly cooked, link sausage fresh and just cooked not reheated and hash browns which were good. Even the toast was just right. Couldn’t be happier with our breakfast. Also the young lady who waited on us was attentive and pleasant. Good job IHOP

This time I ordered Hot Tea, Sirloin Tips & Eggs (well cooked), Original Buttermilk Hash Browns and scrambled eggs x2 🥔🍳. All delicious! This is my second visit, and I will be able to come often soon because I will be moving from New York to Maryland on October 31st. I wish all the places in my new city were this good. Definitely one of my favorites; I already have a place to have breakfast...
