“Out of all the McDonald’s in Montgomery County (which is one too many) this is by far the best. The food is fresh, the place is clean and the employees are the best. No matter what time of day, the customer service is great. I wish I got the name of the manager/employee that took my order (Fridays lunch/dinner). But she deserves a raise! *took the time to revisit this review to shout out Julissa! Just the best :)“
“This is the other McDonald's that is close to where I live. These days I mostly use their curb side pick up service. The service is usually good. Yesterday I ordered deals from two cellular devices. One had trouble with the MacDonald's app. Each app restarts, I could move one step forward, until it hangs at the last payment step. In the end, I walked inside and sought help from the staff. The staff is very helpful and gets my order done.
I gave one star for the MacDonald's app in the Play store a long long time ago. Still, time passed, the app remained unstable and crashed unexpectedly. Guess, I don't need to update the rating anytime soon.
Fortunately, the store staff is still doing a good job, at least for those I encountered.“
“McDonald’s food is what it is, but fast and convenient is usually of utmost importance and this McDonald’s is that. There drive-through/parking lot area aren’t configured the best, but I have never had any real issues.
Using the app to “pre-order” has greatly contributed to the convenience.“
“A Standard We Grew Up With
For many of us who grew up in the 1980s, McDonald’s was more than just a fast-food restaurant—it was part of our upbringing. Many of us even worked there during school years, so we know firsthand the standards McDonald’s set for food quality and customer service. The recipes haven’t changed much, nor has the expectation for consistency and hospitality.
That’s why it’s frustrating when those standards aren’t upheld. When food is poorly prepared—especially something as iconic as cold fries—it’s more than just a bad meal; it’s a failure to meet the bar McDonald’s itself established decades ago. What’s worse is when customers with firsthand experience are dismissed or ignored, as if we don’t understand what good service or properly prepared food should look like.
We’re not being unreasonable. We’re holding McDonald’s to the very expectations it taught us to expect—and for many of us, to deliver. It's disappointing when the experience falls short.“
