Came by and made an order just to get home and see they didn't even give me the chicken sandwich I had ordered. Got everything else but the sandwich.

Very good customer service, Natalia was very nice and respectful. This is the best customer service i have received in a Popeyes. The food came out really quick. The restaurant is also very clean.

I have always had an excellent experience with my orders. From the first day, the attention has been impeccable and each delivery arrives complete, well packed and in perfect condition. Nothing has ever been missing, not the slightest detail, which demonstrates the commitment and organization of the team. This was the most disgusting racist experience I've ever had at a Popeyes the manager was very rude and disgusting to people she put a sticker over her name tag purposely so that I was not able to call in and make a complaint on her being extremely rude and disrespectful to me she got my order wrong overcharged me and then got an attitude when I spoke up and said she had a line at that point I just asked for my money back just know this place is disgusting they have no type of customer service they don't care how they treat people and I will never honestly go to Popeyes again after this experience

None of their flavors taste like anything. This is my second time trying a hot one limited item. The rojo sandwich is the same as a regular chicken sandwich. Quality has gone down over the years. Yesterday they were spray painting the tables and didn’t even keep the door open to ventilate

This guys charge you for what they don’t serve you. Charge for large and give small. Mixup orders and refuse the change the order or make new one. I wouldn’t come back or recommend anyone to this location. Rude associate and manager

They always mess up the order whether it’s takeout or order on the premise. Always something missing in the order when I get home. What makes it worse is that their phones don’t answer. I tried calling and it goes to a dead Voicemail. Ridiculous. Check your orders When come to this place.

Was missing my six piece wings on my order n I paid 31$ for the whole order

The food is always delicious, with that authentic and unique flavor that distinguishes them.
The aroma you feel when you atrive already opens your appetite immediately. They use fresh and quality ingredients. The pieces are perfectly cooked, fresh and hot. The seafood is also delicious . They have précaution with cook on exclusive fryer. They have a perfect balance between crunching and seasoning.

Need for DIVERSITY in the kitchen , the taste and freshness has gotten to its lowest point. This is the worst location and it used to be one of the best.every time I go the chicken is room temperature or cold. Shelf life for the fresh food needs to be addressed.

I am completely grateful for the service rendered because it was very efficient and pleasant. The product was delivered on time and with very good quality. You rating the respect of the employees among themselves and towards the customer. I invite you to have a nice time visiting this store that open from 10 and 30 am until 12 pm.
