“This location is under NEW management. MAJOR MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!!!! Bread and vegetables were fresh. Even the store looked significantly cleaner. Customer service was extreme friendly. I will no longer drive past them and visit the other location. Highly recommend all the previous customers that left do to the previous Management flaws give this location another try.“
“Mobile pre ordered two foot long steak and cheese. Walked after the promised time. Picked up from the cashier. The store was bright and clean. The steak and cheese in the artisan plat bread had all ingredients requested. The steak and cheese in the hearty multigrain was well done, too.“
“My review is based on placing my order using their App.I have ordered the same thing two times in the past week, including today.I arrived 5 minutes before the estimated pick up time and my order was ready.The first time the associate greeted me, there were no other customers. The second visit the associate was preparing an order already so I was going to wait. She looked over at me and made eye contact. On both situations, I provided my name and was promptly handed my order. The first associate thanked me, the second just nodded.My sandwiches were all as expected. Fresh looking and tasting ingredients, overall well prepared.“
“Ordered delivery through the app plenty of times (they’re contracted with DoorDash). Food is always decent (decent, not great). This time I put the wrong address in… somehow added the Subway store address as the delivery address instead of my home. The dasher promptly contacted me and graciously remedied the issue. Grateful for their kindness and spirit of customer service. “
