This location has gone downhill. Very dirty inside everywhere. Very disorganized staff. Fries given to me cold. Burger received was not what I ordered after confirming 5 times. Waited at order speaker over 5 minutes after I was told to wait for a minute. Walked inside to staff just standing around doing nothing.
Watch out for the drive thru. 2/3rds if the time they will get 2/3rds of your order correct. Last three times, 2 Double Cheeseburgers and a Large fry. I've gotten the order, next time was two cheeseburgers and the fries, this time 1 double cheeseburger and fries.

Music was so loud we couldn't enjoy our meal. A little background music is OK but when it overpowers the whole dining room, why? Personally, I don't go out to eat to listen to music and I really enjoy having conversation with the people next to me. Almost impossible. I asked for it to be turned down and they said it's not run from in-house but run from somewhere else. Suggestion to whoever is running the music at Burger King. It doesn't need to be loud.
