Visited BK @ Southdale because I haven't been in a long time. The decorations for Halloween are very good. The food is great and the service is excellent.
Food was great, Matthew(the one taking orders and handing out food) on the other hand was VERY ignorant. Even IGNORANT to an elderly man. He should NOT be working the counter. I would keep him in the back where he doesn’t have to speak to people because professionally he is trash at it. It’s really not that hard to be respectful.
Constantly messes orders up. Forgets to include items. Even when not busy. How does one mess up an entire order? This is the last time I will be going to this location. This is why I go to the one further away. They never make mistakes. Please do better
