“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

The swimming pool was…eh, and there is no hot tub which was disappointing but

“It's Chick-fil-A.. what more can really be said? (IYKYK) Chick fila is THE ONLY fat food drive through food establishment that I frequent. once you have the chick fila drive through expierence, interacting with their wonderfully mannered, thoughtful, and polite staff who always are wearing an infectious smile ? I will not go to another Mcds or BK ever again. I would rather leave the drive through with a smile rather them insulted, ticked off, with the wrong or incomplete order. and always that thought in your mind, if they are that rude to your face.. imagine how they handled my food?
I've never had a bad experience at chick fila, the only problem is when we use drive through to take home with us and the food runs out! My kids get pumped whenever chick filas mentioned! and the toys that come in the happy meals are always really cool and well thought.

Parking: Chick-A-fila is ALWAYS packed and busy, the wait times for good are never long, but it can be difficult to navigate the parking lots and find a spot.

Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly. kids play area. they also have an employee who walks around handing out free ice cream cones to all the kids that are dining in. I have also seen them handing out ice cream cones to kids waiting in the drive though lines.

Wheelchair accessibility: ramp and seating bathroom accessible“

“Ordered boneless wings. Even though the chicken was thoroughly cooked it seemed like the grease was not hot enough as they were soaked with oil. In addition, there was an odd taste as if the vats were used for cross cooking other proteins. The boneless chunks were also unlike any other I've had as they were very fatty and grisly. Maybe the sandwich or regular wings would be better, but with the other options like Dave's etc, I think I'll have to pass.“

“The whole chicken meal was more then enough to feed a family of 4. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and couldnt have been juicier. All of the sides were amazing. The service was excellent as well. We couldnt say more about this place. We will definitely be back.

Kid-friendliness: Our kiddos could not get enough of the brussels and carrots (they hate veggies) and the mac and cheese. The chicken was a slam dunk for them too.“

“Joons fried chicken PG&EA home sweet home this place has been around since I was a small child been eating from this place for about 20 something years a staple in our neighborhood even Baltimores Jess hilarious pops in from time to time when she’s in town if breakfast lunch dinner. You can get a breakfast sandwich and a chicken box at the same time 8 am ?“

“I can always count on good tasting food at Crazy Down Home. I have only been to the Randallstown location. I have had the fried chicken, fried fish, fried liver with gravy, steamed crabs, chitterlings, home fries with onions, fried green beans, collard greens, mixed vegetables, vegetable lo mein, and fried cabbage. My son loves the cheese steak subs.“

(Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. She’s always prompt and so kind and our order is always perfect. She definitely deserves recognition.“

I ordered a large bone-in soy garlic wings.

They were phenomenal.

A but pricey ($42) for 24 of them, but the wings are *huge* - these aren't your regular wing-dings.

These are full size (almost like a regular drumstick). So think full sizes pieces of chicken when you order the wings. I should have gotten the small or medium.

But the sauce was incredible. Would go here every week if I lived in Baltimore.

Be prepared for at least a 20 min wait for any wing orders. They make them to order.“

“You can almost never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The only problem with the one in eastpointe is there is nowhere to park or wait for your food or sit in a long line when it's long at the drive-thru they need to move that one to a bigger better location“

“Chick-fil-A is probably one of my favorite restaurants. Of course the food is amazing. But it's everything else about it that I love as well. If you walk in to order your food, you'll see what I mean. The lines are never too long, and when you order your food, you won't be waiting too long either. They are fast with making your food, but they're also efficient. They always make sure you have everything. And the employees are very friendly as well. The drive thru line is usually longer than the inside line, but they are fast and efficient, just like the inside line. Sometimes, they have multiple employees outside taking orders for the drive through so that the line can continue moving. It's an overall great experience, that's why they're one of my favorite restaurants.“

“This was my first visit to Raising Cane's. I was unexpectedly surprised. I have been to other chicken finger restaurants that were a complete let down. I walked into Cane's expecting to be disappointed, but everything was seasoned and cooked well. The sauce was fairly mid, but the chicken and fries would've been fine without.
