“My bf and I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally stopped by a few nights ago. We weren’t even sure it was open because it was so empty.

We walked in and were greeted by the friendliest guy at the register. The place was spotless with the neatest ambiance/ decor.

We both got the meal with the slider and chicken tender. Those chicken tenders were GIGANTIC. I ended up eating the slider, which was the size of a full size sandwich and fries and took the tender (on toast) home for later. The fries were so crunchy and the chicken had great flavor. I got the extra hot which wasn’t too spicy. My bf got regular hot. We both enjoyed it and will be back. They also gave lots of pickes and Dave’s sauce which was also super yummy. 😋“

“This restaurant is smaller than the one in Columbia, MD. Thankfully they do not blast the music so loud here. Food was fine. Staff at the counter are very inattentive. My order was ready and sitting there. They did not call my name. I had to go up and ask for my order. It was not even that busy. Tables were clean, but the bathroom was very dirty. So food was good, but the other things need to be improved.“

“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“Checked them out, got two classic chicken sandwiches combos...chicken breast were cooked just right and juicy but the fries had to travel so not that great once I got home. Also got 6 Korean sauce wings...were pretty good as well. Only negative we really had was the 2 can sodas we got were out of date. Check them can sodas and yu guys would have got 2 thumbs up. Not in that part of town that often but if I was driving past and wanted a good fresh chicken sandwich I'd stop in.“

“I treated my self after a appointment. I am glad I spontaneously stopped in there. The food was very good. I ordered a honey mustard chicken sandwich and it was like so crispy, full of flavor and highly filling. You definitely get your money worth!!!!!“

“Our food was incredibly good and served very quickly. The prices are perfectly reasonable. You’d pay more for less at McDonalds. Our chicken was tender and moist, seasoned well and falling off the bone. The sides were great, and they let you have as much sauce as you want, which is a nice change from other similar places.“

“Ordered boneless wings. Even though the chicken was thoroughly cooked it seemed like the grease was not hot enough as they were soaked with oil. In addition, there was an odd taste as if the vats were used for cross cooking other proteins. The boneless chunks were also unlike any other I've had as they were very fatty and grisly. Maybe the sandwich or regular wings would be better, but with the other options like Dave's etc, I think I'll have to pass.“

“If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would! Food was good. Service was awesome. People walking around to ensure you have everything you need. Bathrooms were clean. They even sang Happy Birthday to a very special 7 year year old. Awesome location, I highly recommend.“

“I can always count on good tasting food at Crazy Down Home. I have only been to the Randallstown location. I have had the fried chicken, fried fish, fried liver with gravy, steamed crabs, chitterlings, home fries with onions, fried green beans, collard greens, mixed vegetables, vegetable lo mein, and fried cabbage. “Their specialty food item here is their Peruvian rotisserie chicken. It is hands down one the best and well-seasoned chicken you will taste. My Peruvian friend introduced me to this place and since then, I can taste this chicken from miles away. They have other items on their menu but the chicken is their best. They can be a little pricey but you won’t regret it. The location of this place is not the best since it’s in a very busy and congested area and finding free parking is difficult so you must be ready to pay or walk a few blocks for free parking.“

“I’ve loved Super Fried Chicken since I was a kid. It’s been great ever since then. Personally, never had any bad batch of anything I’ve ordered. Since the new Lexington Market, the food hasn’t changed. Happy to see the same owners and workers are there. Always a 5/5 with me!“

There were a lot of places for pick up but I couldn't find any parking directly related to the restaurant. Every spot around it was a pick up spot, so I did as some others did, and parked in the lot for the grocery store and walked through the line of cars at the drive up windows. I find the restaurant good for kids although I question no parking to eat in. The young lady who served us was very nice and the main store had clean tables and stocked the condiments well.“

“FAST food is NOT on my list of choices!! Period. On 12/3/24, I had a crazy plane change in Baltimore. I was hungry and 'in a hurry'!!! I chose Chick-fil-A for convenience and reputation. I ordered a spicy biscuit combo. Cheap and to the point! The spiciness of the chicken was actually pleasant, the biscuit was cooked properly and the hashbrowns were nice and crispy, so for fast food expectations it was just fine!!
