The tavern styled spicy chicken pizza was a busy. It was very salty. I could feel my blood pressure rising. This was a waste of money. Pizza Hut needs a do over.

Worse during the weekends; I ordered three medium pizzas and they were made smaller than usual. The thin n crispy pizza looked more like original pan that had gone stale. They ran out of Mountain Dew so they just gave me Pepsi Zero. They sent a doordasher to deliver the food, but didn't charge for it so the dasher was confused when I handed him a $40 tip. Who knows if the driver even went back to the store to pay for the food after I gave him the money, or just kept the 40 for himself. Silver lining, if you want a free less than decent meal from Pizza Hut, order on a Saturday morning.

if you like sauce on your wings and not dry breading, i would not recommend this location unless you are willing to pay extra for the sauce amount offered at other locations for free. I got the my hut box and my personal pans had only one slice with cheese. check your food before leaving. this location is very cheap with their customers.

Ordered online at 745pm, a big dinner box with 3 pizzas (one topping per pizza), bread sticks, and the cinnamon dessert. Our food didn't arrive until 925pm. I called the store 10 times before I went to the store at 910pm. not one person answered the phone, i even called from my car in front of the building, and not 1 person reached for a phone. I went in the store, the female employee at the front counter hardly looked at us and said her driver is on the way after we explained our super long wait time and dissatisfaction, that's all she said. No form of an apology or compensation. She looked and acted like she didn't care about our experience. Once the driver got to the house, they said they had a big inspection, like that actually was a reason for their delay. That is not my problem, I don't care. The woman working at the counter should be fired. Terrible customer service, I will never go there again.
We live 7 mins away from this facility, and there are no excuses for this place.

There are already 2 times that they gave me the wrong order, today they did not give me the ingredients or the type of pizza that I ordered, I had to wait 20 minutes after the established time, I will definitely change stores, due to the bad service..

Horrible service today. No personal pans and the man working there didn't even have a number to corporate. Just close down. No personal pans because nobody made them. The smallest pizza you sell but out of them. Worthless place. Don't give them your business. I called and asked for corporate telephone number and was put on hold by someone who can't make a personal pan. Not to mention he never picked the phone back up to give me the information I requested. Poor Service!!!!! 0 stars from me. Never have a posted a review but today took the Cake. I hope management see this. You're paying these people for nothing!!! This was a tall man working today and the Asian lady is very rude as well. So many horrible reviews on this place. I definitely won't be back!!!!
