Service tonight for a change was nice and polite
We always come to this location because the Brooklyn store is awful. However this visit wasn't great. We ordered two $6 big boxes and the chicken was overcooked in both. Disappointing.
I ordered online and picked up the chicken. Everything was perfect. It was tasty, hot, and crispy. The only thing is I ordered spicy but received regular chicken. However, it tasted perfect even as regular chicken. Thank you.

Wife that the two-piece chicken thighs, she got one thigh and one leg. I ordered the fish sandwich which was mushy as could be! Had to throw it out could not even eat it.
