Wendy's corporation has yet figure out how successfully manage their staff. I waited 15 minutes to get my order taken by then I walked out. The reason? The person who take my order should be doing that only not getting my food together while the line gets longer and longer. So me and my workers went next door to McDonald's where my service was was instant. I travel all over Maryland and this is about 90 percent of the Wendy's I've been in.
I pulled up to one person in front me. Not only were they waiting for their food when we got there but got theirs after we waited about 20 mins. They were out of all the sauces. I asked for 3 sweet and sour got one plus sauces they said they were out of. Opened my my bag and had bathroom napkins. I am sorry but that is the worst place to go to. I’ll be going to another restaurant for now on.
Just went through the drive through in Glen Burnie MD at 6910 Ritchie Hwy. The woman who served us was wearing her mask on her chin. Fries and nuggets were stale.
Will not go back until Wendy's can prove they are abiding by appropriate health guidelines.
