“The few things I'd suggest is they fix is to
1. Bring back the garlic powder, the garlic shakers were one of the big reasons I went to Blaze Pizza in the past. Just recently they quit putting out the garlic powder which was a big mistake.
2. Lots of the other shakers are either missing (oregano is frequently not out) or nearly empty“

The drive time to reach the restaurant is equivalent to the time the restaurant takes to make the pizzas. I know that my order is hot and ready for pickup when I arrive at the restaurant. Last time I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and there was barely any there. I called and the lady answering the phone insisted I bring the pizzas back and I am located in Odenton. Considering I was hosting company it was ideal but a replacement pizza or refund was not on the table because I did not drive back there. I posted about that earlier. I went again last night and insisted if they could cook the pizza extra long since the dough has been extra doughy instead of thin and more crunchy. The pizza was doughy. I am not going to bother calling because I can’t bring the pizza back. I will still give it one more shot because your food is amazing but the attention to detail has fallen a bit in the last three months and the ability to fix the issue has changed.“
