Very sold pizza. Nice place to have dinner. Appreciate vegan cheese and lots of yummy toppings. I think the crust and sauce are good. Dough might need a touch of salt. Vegan cheese is good for sure.
Just happened to drive by Paradiso and decided to stop for a lite meal. Ordered the New Year's 4-Pork Special 12" pizza with pepperoni, salami, sausage, basil, asiago, and mozzarella cheese, minus the prosciutto (cutting down the salt intake) You can taste the spices in the red sauce. The pizza is not overwhelmed with cheese, but the cheese combination is delicious. The crust was lite and crisp. Good pizza, but overpriced. What's worse is you pay the same price even if you order it without meat or cheese because of dietary restrictions. Why? You get less and it costs them less but you still pay the same. Not worth it. Good service, nice ambiance but the price ain't right -- it's wrong!
