All of his items are amazing. He is such a sweet genuine person. He gives great customer service, I suggest his peach cupcakes , bread pudding , and cheesecake bites all are delicious.

First time trying the bakery! Very friendly service and the red velvet cupcakes were just what I was looking for, moist cake and not overly sweet frosting.... they were delicious! I highly recommend this bakery and will definitely be a returning customer.

I went to several bakeries to request a special order and was turned down. I found Chef Lou in old greenbelt, MD. I asked him if he could provide me with a banana nut cake, and with a short pause, he began to explain that he could make me a banana cake with butter cream in the middle and walnuts. I was so excited. Bless his heart! When I picked up the cake, it had the exact colors I LOVE and it was BEAUTIFUL! OH MY GOSH it was the BEST BANANA NUT cake I have had since I was a little girl. It was so delicious, EVERYONE loved it. He will be my go to chef for bakery goods from now on. THANK GOD I found him. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it! It made my birthday party a huge success. Thank you sir for the best cake ever...and making my birthday party one I will remember for the rest of my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

When my wife and I were done at Cedars of Lebanon we are walking back 2 greenbelt Auto and stopped in to speak with chef Lous. An awesome man a pleasure to speak with and he caters. His desserts were great, especially the peach that was awesome. Chef Lous will be catering some events for me in the future it's going to be an awesome time great food great people it'll be a fun time.
