I really need to stop coming to this location. They always get my order wrong every single time. Nothing was right in the order but the drink and that’s only because I kept asking for what I requested. I was in the drive through and had to go inside. The manager did fix it. But threw everything in the bag. The chicken tenders were old the fires were not hot. The biscuit was hard. 0/10 do not recommend.

The oil was burnt which made the chicken smell and taste bad! This location has been a CONSISTENT let down as faras the food! Almost to the point of contemplating not eat at ANY Popeyes location! The people are nice and they do their best to serve but the cooking is terrible

First I want to say that the young lady Sherry at the counter was very pleasant and did her best to resolve the issues of the customers that are standing and waiting. She was the only reasThe manager refused to come to the line and I watched this while waiting on my food. They appeared to be very short staffed. Rather than help the young lady Sherry at the counter, the manager just hid behind the line at the fryer and offered no compensation for the wait of the lady next to me who had been there longer than 30 mins I was there waiting on my food. I preprdered and it was not ready and I waited a ridiculous amount of time for my food. The customer next to me had all her food thrown in a bag with the box tattered and all sauces on top of the food and said it was ice cold.

Very disappointed.used to have the best fried chicken.There was barely any meat on the breast and wing. Greasy yet what tiny bit of meat found on the breast was dry. The Cole slaw was good.

please get rid of the old Chinese lady everytime I go here shes there and shes just weird when I asked for a 6 piece wings she starts laughing like what? And then when I wanted sauce she started questioning me why I wanted sauce, she said the wings already have sauce on them but I can’t get sauce to dip them in?

Thankfully was able to get my food before the lunch rush (12-1). Food was delicious with the perfect crispy exterior and the staff were very sweet and accommodating.
