I live in Virginia, but eat at the Greenbelt Ruby Tuesday about once a month. I have found the staff to be extremely professional and friendly. Our most recent waiter was Tim - what a great guy!
I usually eat off the salad bar which is always fresh and delicious, but this time I also had a Loaded Potato - it was delicious.

The salad bar was relatively fresh, but the toppings were pretty basic middle of the road stuff. I got a bacon cheeseburger with tots. The burger was just OK, but the tots were mostly air and a bit oily.
