If I had the option of no stars I would. The customer service was completely horrifying. I went to the drive thru for my order. Terrible, never experienced Wendy's personal tossing me my food. The young lady became frustrated because she didn't know what a honest kids Juice was and preceeded to try to give me a Hi-C fruit drink that wasn't requested. Once she tossed me my food I politely asked for a manager, that did nothing to resolve the issue. The manager did nothing. I gave them back their food and preceeded to request a refund. FIRE OR RETRAIN the entire staff. No customer should have to deal with a nasty attitude

The moment I entered the restaurant, I spotted a mouse jump and hide under the cash register. The employees were very crowded and did not care to listen to me. I told one of them that there was a mouse, and he said "okay" while half listening and ignored me. Horrible service, dirty store, and bad atmosphere. I did not want to get food from such a filthy placeThe mouse escaped right before I managed to get a picture.

I originally ordered the fish sandwich thru drive-thru, but when I got it I was burnt and thin. I went in to get it replaced and it was replaced without question. The indoor service seemed a bit chaotic.

Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Absolutely incompetent service staff. Waited behind one person in lobby for 10 minutes. Still waiting so I left and went through the drive thru and even then they screwed up my order so I got a refund and left! Terrible service!

I want to commend the manager on January 20, 2024 around noon that was on duty that took time to review my mobile app order receipt although the cashier processed it incorrectly showing an increased price. He reviewed the receipt and understood that the app had the correct pricing. All he asked for was a copy of the mobile app receipt so he could share with his manager.

Worst place ever. The cashier was rude waving the receipt when I wasn’t paying attention like say excuse me. Second of all they didn’t even know if they had the item I wanted. Some randoms kept speaking like they knew it all. And wait was long as hell. I do not recommend. Go to a better wendys.

On December 17, 23 I came through the drive through and I ordered a double with cheese meal that I paid $12 and some change for. I was passing through on my way back to VA and called the store 3 times before a woman named Angel answered. I told her either the 3 workers at the window were robbing me or dumb as a box of rocks. Angel told me to come on the weekend to get correct order. While speaking to me a woman with a Spanish accent began fussing at her for answering the phone. Angel hung up the phone in my face without saying another word. New building same LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The Wendy’s on 7513 Greenbelt Rd Greenbelt, MD - critically needs the help and guidance of THIS Wendy’s. The food here is ALWAYS fresh, never stale, and always gets my order right. I have to drive almost an extra 10 minutes just to come to this Wendy’s even though the other is much closer. *Management: Please provide the help you can to the 7513 Greenbelt Rd Wendy’s - or have them closed because their food is consistent with old, rubbery and stale food.

Jesus christ. This is THIRD time it has been an absolute mess. Was inside for 40 minutes waiting on someone..ANYONE to fix an order that was prepared and ready on the screen but somehow not there anymore. The line was soo long with people crowded around the line waiting on their order and wondering why 8..10..15 minutes was going by without ANY communication. Thr atmosphere was getting hostile due to no sort of updates. The employees don't work together. The man at the front is slow and nonchalant..the heavy set woman bagging food was responding "I don't know" when asked if everything was In the bag. Had an attitude but was doing everything wrong. Wrong toppings..wrong type of nuggets. The receipt helped her not one bit. Thr manager NEVER came out..never acknowledged anyone..never apologized to the pile of costumers or simmered everyone down. He just didn't care. Their was ONE employee. A younger black male who I assumed was also working the window due to him having a baklava on and occasional handing bags through the door to keep the line moving. He went out his way to help me and a few of the other customers. Even announced an apology and told everyone things were slow. This location often has issues. And has a. Reputation of hiring ppl who do not care about how they look or make the store look. But thr worst part is the MANAGER clearly not caring or showing up or fixing a thing. I don't do long negative reviews but being g there with my kids while some had food and some didn't for over 38 minutes as they kept asking "what was your order again" but didn't make it. . .really upset my oldest daughter. The bigger hispanic woman had to fix her burger and tried to tell her she never asked for a topping and the RECEIPT had it on there. YUCK. I kept my composure inside..but this review with be Posted. Do better.
