hit or miss forreal, sometimes it’s great but after last time I will never go back. i did a mobile order and the fries were so hard I couldnt even bite into them, seems like they refried old fries, asked for no tomato but I got two tomatoes??? asked for no ice got ice and I asked for spicy nuggets and she switched it right before she handed me it otherwise that wouldve been wrong too. I was the only car in the line when I pulled up so i’m not sure what the issue was.

I came in today with multiple orders. I can understand how it can be annoying especially during the lunch rush. I received excellent service from the staff and especially Edwin. He was courteous patient and kind. Some of the best customer service that I've gotten anywhere. If you stop by and Edwin is working I guarantee the service will be great.

It never ceases to amaze how one employee can change the whole atmosphere of a place, just by being 'pleasant' and at least 'willing' to be so!But it's important to KEEP-N-MIND, WE, the Customer can Help with 'That', by being so Ourselves. You know, Kinda spread God's Goodness around a bit.i'm not suggesting it works all the time, people ARE people. But @ THIS "WENDY'S", i've had the Most, Success!
