I usually get a great service but this was disappointing…
I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time. Got there today and waited another 20 minutes. Then I had to leave because I had people waiting on me. No drink. A simple ice tea was all I ordered but they kept filling orders for people who were not even there.

Just wanted to praise a manager quick. I was behind a woman today who was complaining that her drink didn’t taste the same, not only was the manager so friendly and so kind, but he offered to buy the drink for her, and offered his sincere apologies. He was so professional and quite a class act. They’re very lucky to have him as a manager. I didn’t catch his name, but his energy was high and he truly seemed like a gem to work with.
