Just wanted to praise a manager quick. I was behind a woman today who was complaining that her drink didn’t taste the same, not only was the manager so friendly and so kind, but he offered to buy the drink for her, and offered his sincere apologies. He was so professional and quite a class act. They’re very lucky to have him as a manager. I didn’t catch his name, but his energy was high and he truly seemed like a gem to work with. I usually get a great service but this was disappointing…
Starbucks should do better. This is what I've received the last few times I've visited a Starbucks. This is a 12 fl oz cup of Cappuccino (light foam)! For the same price, my orders are noticeably short on the amount of beverage I'm used to getting. However, the customer service has improved quite a bit at this location!
