This review is specifically for 6224 Greenbelt branch. It was a great experience from when we (family) entered the store ystda. First from Ms Isabel at the register. She was very helpful, patient, answered all our questions while we deliberated on our pick. Thank you. Then the store manager, M Anthony Gomer, came to register to help. He attended to us exceptionally and help us navigate options to pick especially because we were not familiar with their menu. We all left satisfied....read full review

Great chicken, but the store is pretty run down and customer service is rigid. Refused to let me add a missed item to my order at the window when I forgot at the speaker, making me loop back around through the drive-thru line.
