Went November 2025. Molly was our server which enhanced our experience. We both had the fries and burgers. I had the sweet potato fries and had caramel to dip. The burgers filled the buns and was very tasty. Spectacular service. Molly was very friendly and attentive. The dinner was even better knowing your server was checking in. She did check in multiple times to see if we needed anything.
BJ’s Brewhouse in Hagerstown used to be one of our go-to stops, but after our last visit on August 23, 2025, I don’t see much reason to come back.
Right off the bat, we learned that the tri-tip special, a longtime staple and our personal favorite, has been dropped from the menu. Then, when we tried to order chips and queso, (something we’ve gotten here before) we were told it’s no longer available, even though queso is still listed on the menu with other items...read full review
