placed an online order that was supposed to be done between 8:30-8:40, and I walked out with my order at 9:22. How does it take almost an hour to fry some wings and French fries? Absolutely one of the worst cases of customer service I've ever had to deal with. No one batted an eye about it either, which means that it's obviously a common occurrence with this establishment. To top it off, the wings were over done and the fries were stale and cold.
Our server River is the best, he is Very attentive and helpful. He insured I was using their app to redeem my points correctly. We highly recommend River. Thank you River!
Building was freezing, server told us heating was broken and that they’ve been working in 57 degrees for a month now?? Wth? Is that legal? Food good service good.
