Its the week of Christmas, iv been in food service before. I know how people call out or just don't show up. There were only 5 people in the building and a line of cars wrapping around the building. Im not going to critique them on their service time. I went inside because I needed to use a gift card. They got my order right and all of the food was fresh. Be sure to be patient with your servers or waiters this holiday season, they definitely need it

To Burger King that said my My cookies would only take three minutes so they told me to pull up. I waited outside for 10 minutes and went inside. They said oh well your Cookies are coming up now after waiting inside for nine more minutes everybody in the drive-through started leaving because they were really slow. Not sure what’s going on with this place anymore close the doors. and also will not be returning

3 sperate o casions we have stopped at this fast food drive up for lunch. Each time has taken 15 to 20 min to get our food. Have to wait on something, that's hot but at this point nothing else is. Horrible place.

Ordered a whopper jr no ketchup and a regular whopper and that's what I paid for. Received 2 juniors .. will not go back
I ordered door dash from this BK. My first dasher left after the wait was ridiculous. The 2nd dasher waited and brought me my food. After over an hour I waited and my food still arrived cold and made completely wrong. Dash driver was great, food and restaurant. Not so much, I knew I should of cancelled and saved my money on this one

If it were possible to give this place 0 stars I would! When I went there it was not busy at all only 5 people in the store! Still after 10 minutes the girl had only waited on 2 people who were together while she stood by the dirty boy who was actually pulling the food and bagging it. The place was dirty, as were the employees. I eventually just walked out bc I got tired of them looking at me yet never taking my order! Smh 🙄 The girl in the drive thru was on her phone the whole time standing there laughing I just shook my head and left realizing if the back was anything like the front I didn't even want any food from this place! This was on Sat or sun Aug 23 or 24th. About 1:30 in the afternoon. If there was a manager they were definitely not doing their job. I won't be going back anytime soon and would not recommend the Burger king on dual highway in Hagerstown MD. To anyone.
