The food was good. The service was amazing! Witnessed the manager handle an escalation, and she was a champ. She was able to diffuse the situation with grace, and kept her smile as soon as it was over. Highly recommend, and we will be back.

The few pizzas that were out were dried up and cold. They did put some fresh ones out, but same kind as what they had. Some didn't speak English when I asked to have the pizza heated up. Restaurant itself was very dirty. Bathroom was atrocious. Will not go back!

Purchased 2 "surprise meals" from "Too go to go."( an app that the company uses to help eliminate product waste, selling their leftover food for a discounted price. Excellent app, highly recommend) Pick up was from 9:30 - 10 p.m When I arrived at 9:30. The business was closed, even though the closing time on their website and door is at 10 p.m. A lady in the store kept holding up her fingers, implying they closed at 9. We had already ordered or food, I put my phone up to show her through the window we had already paid, and we're picking up at the designated time. She just shook her head and shrugged her shoulders. Would not communicate with me any other way, or to even offer a refund for our meal. Awful service, and bad practice if they are selling food that they have no intent to providing.

So we used to bring the kids here all the time. It was fairly cheap and easy, and of course, the kids love pizza. So the other night we were looking for somewhere to eat, that was cheap and easy, so CiCis was first on our list. BIG MISTAKE, this place has gone way downhill since last time we were there. First of all, I kinda would have understood if we arrived close to closing time or something, but it was still like 3 hours before they were supposed to close. At first glance, the place was pretty dirty and unkept, and then when I went to the bathroom, there were no papertowels. After this, I noticed that there was a little post-it note on the female bathroom door about the toilet leaking and to watch your step, lol. When I got back out to get my food, I went to get a drink, and there was no ice. All of the drinks were not room temperature but warm, and when I asked, they said they had no ice at all. Also, with as much time as they had before closing, they weren't making much fresh food either. The employees seemed more interested in just standing around talking. I guess I should have known better even before walking in when I noticed that their sign in front was only half lit up. I definitely recommend that you don't waste your money and eat at this establishment. Maybe then it will close due to lack of business or at least be placed under new management or something because I wouldn't want anyone else to have to have such a bad meal with their family.

We went in the evening and was greeted by an employee who we paid and then we went to take a seat. We then realized there was barely any pizza on the buffet and what was there had definitely been sitting awhile. The high chair we used was disgusting and I had to wipe it down myself where my son would be touching. I tried requesting a pizza and none of the workers really understood what I was saying due to a language barrier. We were very disappointed to say the least with our trip.

I haven't been to a Cicis Pizza in many years, like a decade. I was so excited to try a variety of pizzas, but I was highly disappointed. There were very few options (maybe 4 pizzas), and the salad bar was disgusting. I should have asked for my money back (I paid for 9 people), as soon as we got to our table. Our shoes stuck to the floor no matter where we walked. There was no ice at the soda station. A few from our crew got sick that night as well. We drove almost 2 hours to eat there, what a waste of time and money. Avoid this location!!!

The following are the vegetarian options:- - Veggie pizza. - Pasta pizza. - White sauce pizza - Cheese pizza - Spinach pizza - bread sticks - salad
Sweets:- - cinnamon rolls - Fudge brownies - apple Pizza.
There was chicken soup and some non-vegetarian or chicken pizza options.
Pros:- - service is good. - chef is attentive to make the food you like.
Cons:- - water is charged separately through bottled water. - There could be a vegetarian soup ?
