Ordered a pizza, the short rib burger and two cheese cakes. We ordered a “cheese only” pizza. We received it without the sauce. Confusion? You should call us and ask, we didn’t ordered a pizza without “tomato sauce”. Went to the garbage. Burger, no seasoning at all, no flavors and it was covered with some white sauce which was terrible. It’s just careless cooking. Manager was friendly. Never going to order again from this place. Terrible food.
We stopped in for lunch a few months back. We've ate at most of their locations and ordered delivery from Hagerstown , always been happy with food either way.
Now back to this place. They lost Us as a customer because of pricing.... I was not aware that a glass of tea is $4.50.. Really .. city water boiled flavored and sugar added doesn't amount to that price. I was so glad my friend made me aware of it...
Terrible service , understaffed and no management available.
