After all these years it's still great service from the owner. Yes there were a hiccup or two along the way, but with apologies all the way. Genuine apologies too. Still by far the best Mexican in town or that I've tried anyway if truth be told. Yes you might meet the less present people of Hagerstown in the way to eat, but how can this be the fault of the business? Support local businesses and eat at El Paso!
The door was really heavy, so we thought they were closed and almost left despite the "Open" sign. The food was delicious and they were able to make vegan modifications for me, which I really appreciated. Our server was attentive and well versed on the menu. Plus, he was on top of the drink refills. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning and some updates. Overall we had a nice experience and would visit again.

Well apparently it's been closed (permanently?), based on the recent events in the news. So sad, hope it's not true. I'll miss the food for sure and we always had good service from Joey who always treated us respectfully.
