Very tasty! I've had most of the Chinese here in Hagerstown and they definitely have the most flavorful and clean food I've had here. Staff is very nice and helpful! I've become a regular here pretty quickly.

Kung Pao had good flavor, meat and sauce great but veggies were just the little frozen cubes from grocery store, no taste. Green pepper was real, but only 2-3 pieces. Beef Curry was ok but not nearly enough curry so garlic was the strongest flavor. Veggies in this dish were much better than the frozen supermarket variety in the Kung Pao. Hot n Sour soup was really good. Ordered take out online, no problems at all

Love this place! It’s been our go to place for take out for years! There’s even another Chinese food place closer to us, but Hong Kong Express is much better and is worth traveling a little further for. The quality of food is always amazing and the service consistently great! Also you can order online which is always a big plus.
