Staff was friendly but the place was so dark. You could barely tell if they were open unless you saw the diners inside. Some of the produce was overflowing onto the ground. Food here was fresh and service was quick

Jersey Mike’s in Hagerstown delivers on the classics—fresh bread, quality meats, and friendly service that feels quick and efficient even during the lunch rush. The sandwiches are consistently tasty, and the toppings are always fresh, which makes it a reliable go-to spot. That said, one noticeable letdown is the absence of their iconic mushroom sub on the menu here. It’s a favorite at other locations, so not having it in Hagerstown feels like a miss, especially for fans...
