I stopped by this place at the outlet mall yesterday, and it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I ordered a pumpkin latte with oat milk, and it tasted rotten . I had to throw it away. My boyfriend got an iced coffee, and it tasted just like plain water. I was about to go back and give the guy a piece of my mind because the coffee was so bad, and he seemed so impatient, just wanting us to hurry up and order, but my boyfriend didn’t want me to cause a scene. Honestly, I swear they used bad or old milk in my coffee, it made me feel a little sick. Definitely the worst coffee place I’ve ever been to at the Hagerstown outlets.

This little diamond in the rough is such a relaxing place with great vibes and music. Loved out first visit here!! Coffee was great with lots of choices and milk substitutes. Didn't order food but plan to on the next visit!

We went to the location at the outlet mall. Ordered 2 chai tea lattes and he actually gave us milk with a tea bag in it. I was baffled he didn’t know what a chai tea latte was. Actually paid $20 for 2 large cups of oat milk 🥛 wild.. and wish I could have taken back the tip.

Such an unsuspectingly cute/cozy spot! You can tell when you first walk in that you are stepping into someone’s dream. The owner is clearly equally a connoisseur of both coffee and hospitality as they are for art and interesting pieces. Extremely cozy spot that feels like you entered someone’s home, and the use of mirrors makes the space feel much larger than it is. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend stopping in!

While the service was kind and accommodating, the food makes me wonder why this person owns a coffee shop. The croissant egg and sausage breakfast sandwich is clearly a microwave to Jimmy Dean's type product from the freezer section. And even that the croissant was tough in the middle which as you know croissant should never be tough so it's giving maybe it was microwaved earlier and reheated I'm not sure. The coffee tastes like it was made with some kind of fake milk which gives me pause because on the condiments bar they did not have real milk or cream they just had that pump of chemical creamer. I'm not sure what they made it with but it tastes very chemically. As did the sandwich. Not sure this is the best business for this person to operate.

Worst coffee i have ever had sadly. I wanted to like it but the iced latte was straight all milk with ZERO coffee flavor. It tasted like sweet sweet cereal milk........ I don't get the positive reviews

Overall passing so only for the sake of feedback would I add that I think the coffee lacked coffee taste in both the latte and iced latte. However, they were still smooth tasting without any burned milk or off aftertaste. I think a few tweaks could go a long way on that. The interior is rather intriguing and inviting. I can picture myself going back. I would like to see a more robust espresso favor to seal the deal. Again, not a bad experience but hopefully the feedback can be received as constructive. Important side note, the barista was friendly and engaged well.
