i called in and explained how i was having issues and it was making me pay over 200 dollars for a drink the first time i placed the call they guy laughed at me and cut off the call at 11:42 am ,the second time i called in at11:52 to readdress the problem , and a lady who answered the phone had a horrible attitude and told me just to not order anything if i was not going to pay for it. i simple asked if there was a way to add the drink the way i wanted with out having to pay over 200 dollars. she was very rude .

The order I was to deliver had been stolen and it took 20 minutes of having to use google translate back and forth and them arguing with me to get them to remake it so I could do my job. Even though they saw the order on my phone and the order with my name on their own screen.

I’ve been to this location so many times bc it’s closest- BUT the food is always old and cold. I’m sorry but I work in service- I know what dead food looks like- yall should be ashamed. They skimp on the kids meals fries, forget the sauce every other time, fries that they do give are old as shit- nuggets like rocks. The frustration of spending my money here has finally come to and end bc I’m done. If you want good food and amazing service - go to the McDonald’s on Massey BLVD, it’s worth the drive and they actually give a shit about their job. I’ve never had an issue and the food is always fresh- the drive through peeps are so sweet and hardworking. The Washington location sounds like everyone in that building hates their job and the food and service reflects it.

Went thru drive thru. They had me pull up to wait on food more than one occasion. I waited and waited and waited and waited and finally went in asked for my food they gave it to me. It was wrong and cold and this happened 3 diff times. Done giving them chances.
