This location never has Grubhub orders out on time, Grubhub drivers loose money this way, 20-30 minutes after the driver arrives is kinda ridiculous. We don’t make money waiting for food.

Absolutely disgusting. NEVER ORDERiNG FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. My order was wrong. The wings were old and rubbery and not even cooked correctly. The first bite I knew they were rotten meat. Everything was undercooked and disgusting and Ben the pizza.

Worst experience ever Papa John's used a secondary delivery system whose driver set my pizza on the porch without attempting to contact anybody it sat out there for 2 hours and got covered in piss ants Papa John's refuses to count the order for free all they did was issue a refund so I'm still stuck with pizza covered with ants I called the doordash agency that delivered the pizza same results they refuse to comp the order for free.
I usually order take out from here. I have not ever had an issue with them. The food is always good and I get exactly what I order.

The lady that was by herself on 06/10 before 4pm, just know I hope they pay you good enough to run a small chain pizzeria in the middle of Hagerstown. You did phenomenal! There is plenty of people looking for work, yall need to get more people in!! Mad at the company for that but the lady did amazing & needs a praise
