Had to wait on the only employee to get done smoking so she could come make our food with a line behind us. Had to ask multiple times what we wanted on simple subs and still put the wrong stuff on while standing right in front of us.. First time to this location, and I do not recommend it unless you need gas and food.

Want to give a huge shout out to mrs.pam on the night shift at the subway on Sharpsburg pike Hagerstown she is aways alone with no help and lots of work and she is always so nice and pleasant and does a great job making our subs in a friendly,timely manner she doesn't just slap it together and send us on our way with a big mess thank you mrs.pam you are the only reason we drive the extra distance to come to that store. We will see you again soon you deserve a big raise so...

This subway is one of the better subways in the city, I only gave it 4 stars because of the customer service. When me , my daughter and wife walked in there on Saturday (05.28.22 at 10:15 pm)there was a line with maybe 6 or 7 people and there was only one girl doing her job I felt bad for her , this poor girl was running hard. She came out and yelled for help I at first thought she was alone but a girl named Pam was there and she totally ignored her call n kept having a conversation...
