Let's first start off with stating that there is only one person working behind the counter. She is making the sandwiches and she is ringing up people all at the same time so with saying that you're waiting in line for ever to get service and we waited in line for over 30 minutes and there was only four people ahead of us they really need to do something about the number of workers that they have at this establishment and have some backup people when people call out.

After waiting 5 minutes at the Valley Mall location we were told at 5:45 they were closed. When I asked what time they closed the girl who worked there appeared nervous and hesitated to tell us 6:00. She offered us drinks. 5:40 is plenty of time to make one 6 inch turkey sub.

My wife went to this subway today. Her experience was terrible. She ordered her sub and the very first thing she said was "I am allergic to Mayo so please dont put any on there, I know the sauce you have on this sub has mayo as an ingredient". The girl looked annoyed and made the sub. She put the sauce on it that has mayo in it. My wife said, "I can't eat this it has mayo". the girl said to her "You have to take it, I already made it". My wife said, "No I can't eat it". The manager came over. He chastises my wife saying, "You need to tell us this before you place your order". My wife said, "I did!" The girl who made the sandwich said, "No she didn't". Are you kidding me. I am a manager and have managed many people in customer service positions. Never would I have trained anyone to treat a customer like this. Even IF she didnt say anything (but she did) you still do right by the customer. You lost at least 2 customers today Subway.

Went here today on my lunch break and they were closed. Doors locked and no hours of operation any where to be seen. On google says they opened at 9 am.. not happy!

Closed at noon on a Saturday.Update your hours if you treat your employees so poorly can't keep them on long enough to stay open. Shameful.

I rushed from work to grab dinner at Subway. Place closes at 9 and I got there nearly 15 minutes til, the sign was still lit and everything. However, the employee there turned me and my friend away saying the store was closed. All I wanted were 2 simple subs for my ride home after a long day of work. Really disappointed in this disservice. Won’t go there again.
