After waiting 5 minutes at the Valley Mall location we were told at 5:45 they were closed. When I asked what time they closed the girl who worked there appeared nervous and hesitated to tell us 6:00. She offered us drinks. 5:40 is plenty of time to make one 6 inch turkey sub.

My wife went to this subway today. Her experience was terrible. She ordered her sub and the very first thing she said was "I am allergic to Mayo so please dont put any on there, I know the sauce you have on this sub has mayo as an ingredient". The girl looked annoyed and made the sub. She put the sauce on it that has mayo in it. My wife said, "I can't eat this it has mayo". the girl said to her "You have to take it, I already made it". I rushed from work to grab dinner at Subway. Place closes at 9 and I got there nearly 15 minutes til, the sign was still lit and everything. However, the employee there turned me and my friend away saying the store was closed. All I wanted were 2 simple subs for my ride home after a long day of work. Really disappointed in this disservice. Won’t go there again.
