Went yesterday to get an online order. I waited for 20 minutes before leaving my place to go to the store. Waited in the drivthru line till my turn. Checked in with my app code for reward points. Told them I was their an online oder. Also redeemed an offer, and I bought a strawberry dream drink and a baha blast dream drink. Waited in the drivethru because my online order was not ready. Was asked to pull around to the window after about 5 minutes at the ordering spot. Got to window, paid for the dream drinks. I got half of my online order. Then, 3 minutes later, I got the drinks, but they did not look like the picture. To me, it looked like they took the freezey flavors and put them together in each of the cups(child size cup for $4 something, wow, so sad). I was thinking I would get one cup that is red and white and the other green and white like the picture, not green and red in both cups. It tasted good, but I do believe I'm going to ask how those drink are made before ordering them next time. The colors on the advertisements looked better than what I got and reminded me of a dream cickle(the dream part of the drink looked like a cream or milk). What I got did not remind me of that. However, the lady at the drivthru was very nice, polite, and courteous towards me. Got home with my food. Some of my tacos had hard edges, and some were soggyer at one end than the other, I'm thinking it's from the lettuce. I took those apart and took that end off and did not eat it. Thank you for the experience, and next time, we'll try again.

Service is usually great here but it's been quite consistent where I don't get the complete online order that I placed and it's become more of an issue. Other than that, the lines don't tend to take that long and the food is pretty decent

I order thru Uber eats delivery from the taco bell on dual highway Hagerstown MD. The crunch wrap supreme I ordered was horrible. It was lettuce and tomatoes only no seasoned beef and no nacho cheese sauce. Also Uber eats has horrible customer service!!

I had the worst experience ever in food service with the manager here (Tammy). I waited patiently in the lobby for several minutes without being greeted or spoken to. When I asked if I could be waited on (they waited on someone who came in after me and ignored me so I just wanted to make sure they knew I was waiting), the manager then YELLED in my face and SLAPPED the “pick up” sign repeatedly saying I will have to wait (which she had no idea if I was there for a pickup because NO ONE ASKED ME!) Then she proceeded to go into the back and talk negatively about me to her employees loud enough for myself and the entire establishment to hear.
I called corporate while I was still in the store because this interaction was absolutely insane and unacceptable, and she proceeded to yell in the background about how she “didn’t yell at me” while the person from corporate could hear us!!! I had to leave the building so I could hear the person from corporate speaking clearly. Then once the order was ready she slapped the drink on the counter and said I “need to come take this now or they’re cancelling the order”??!!?
I’m expecting a call back from corporate within a few days but this experience has just left me shocked and full of anxiety. No one being this VIOLENT AND AGRESSIVE should be working in customer service. I simply wanted to pick up food.

Always clean, with a welcoming staff, and always just what I want when I go.
My only complaint was not a reflection on this location...the Baja Blast gelato was small and disappointing. Don't bother.

Avocado ranch!!! It's Taco Bell. Despite the recent marketing campaigns intent ; this is go to late night food. As someone who gets off work around midnight, I am incredibly grateful I have this option available to me. I don't want to dine in at 1 or 2 in the morning. I want something good, but fast I can grab and go home and watch something with. Taco Bell is 3 stars during the day, and 5 stars late nite. Oh, and if you haven't tried the avocado ranch, it's great.
